Use your email sign-in link or code
Email sign-in uses a link or code rather than a password. Do not give that link or code to a character, another user or someone claiming to troubleshoot your account in a public chat.
- Open Swipey and choose Sign In.
- Enter the email address used for the existing account.
- Find the sign-in email in that inbox, including its spam or junk folder.
- Use the link or code from the message to finish signing in.
Choose the matching Google account
Continue with Google is another sign-in option. Choose the Google identity with the email address attached to the account you want. Selecting another address can make an existing paid account appear to be missing.
If you are using a shared computer, check which Google account the browser has already selected. Do not buy a second plan just because the first account has not appeared.
If the email does not arrive
- Check the address for a typo and confirm which inbox it belongs to.
- Look in spam, promotions and other filtered folders.
- Avoid requesting several codes at once; use the current message from the sign-in flow.
- Check whether the mailbox is receiving other mail.
- If the problem continues, contact support with the account address and the problem, not the sign-in code.
If chats or Premium look empty
Compare the signed-in email with a previous receipt or the inbox you used before. Check whether you originally used Google or email. Then try the same account on another supported device to distinguish an account-selection issue from a local browser problem.
Support can investigate a purchase or access problem when you provide the right account email and receipt details. Do not include the sign-in code or link in a support message.
Questions
Do I need a Swipey password?
Email sign-in uses a link or code. Google sign-in is also available.
Can I use the same account on my phone and computer?
Yes. Sign in with the same identity to reach the same account and entitlements.
Why is my paid plan missing?
First check the email address and sign-in method. A different account will not show the original purchase.
