How to cancel your subscription

Cancel Premium from the account that owns the plan. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while the remaining paid period continues. It is different from deleting your account or requesting a refund.

Turn off the next renewal

  1. Sign in with the same email address used to purchase Premium.
  2. Open your profile, then Settings and Subscription.
  3. Open Current Plan and review the renewal date.
  4. Choose cancellation. If another offer appears, continue with cancellation unless you deliberately want that offer.
  5. Complete the confirmation and keep a record of the resulting renewal status and access end date.

What changes after you cancel

Premium continues until the paid term ends. Your Hearts, Gallery and relationship levels remain. Progression pauses without Premium, and Custom AI chat locks seven days after Premium ends.

Cancellation is therefore not an account-erasure request. If you want the account and its personal data removed as well, follow the separate deletion process after checking that renewal has stopped.

If the plan is missing

Check the email on the receipt against the one you used to sign in. A second email or a different Google account can open a different profile. The device itself does not determine which account owns the purchase.

If the control is unavailable or you cannot access the purchasing account, contact hello@swipey.ai with the account email and the issue. Do not send a password or verification code. Ask for confirmation of the subscription status rather than assuming an unread email has cancelled it.

Stopping renewal does not return a previous payment

A refund request concerns an existing charge. Cancellation concerns the next renewal. If you need both, make both requests and identify the charge you want reviewed.

Removing a home-screen shortcut, closing a browser tab or unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel the paid plan. Keep using the subscription controls even if you no longer use the application.

Questions

Will cancellation end Premium immediately?

The paid access period continues until its end date. Review that date after completing cancellation.

Does cancelling delete my character?

Cancellation is not the same as deleting the account. Paid features can become unavailable after the term ends.

Can support help if I cannot sign in?

Yes. Contact support with the purchasing account email and a description of the access problem.
