Gallery
The Gallery holds media unlocked through the application. It is different from browsing character thumbnails or requesting another generation.
If expected media is missing, check that the signed-in email is the same one used for the conversation or purchase.
My AIs
Custom AI characters belong to the account used to create them. A character starts private, and publication to Community is a separate choice.
Creating a character and having full Custom AI chat access are different entitlements. Check the plan before assuming that every paid feature is available.
Settings
Check the account email before changing a subscription or deleting a profile. Cancellation stops renewal; deletion is permanent and has a different confirmation.
For an unrecognised transaction, keep the charge date, amount and receipt reference. Do not share a full card number or sign-in code in a support request.
Questions
Does removing a shortcut delete the account?
No. Account deletion is a separate action in profile settings.
Will a different email show the same plan?
A different identity can open another account. Use the same sign-in identity as the original purchase.
